Emily Paige O'Connell was born on June 29, 2010. She was a cool 3 lbs. 2 oz. at her early, though much anticipated, birth. A born fighter, she continues to shout her fierce cry in the NICU at University Hospital. She's breathing and flailing and generally saving her energy for the trouble she intends to cause her parents in the near future.

I saw the happy parents early this morning. They had a wonderful evening with Emily last night and got to stay a long time.

ReplyDeleteEmily is the best granddaughter I have. She will soar with eagles (not the Eagles). She is loved by many. I will take her to Lakeside someday and to a Bats game and to putt-putt and to Graeters and to the beach and to a movie and and and........
